Pricing
In addition to the price, a Delivery or a Collection charge as shown at checkout will also be payable by You. Minimum order value is £30. All serving platters and lids are returnable and will be charged at £5.00 per piece. Eatcetera maintain the right to change ingredients, menus and prices at any time. The Lemon Tree Deli reserves the right to remove goods and services from the website at any time.
What We are Not Liable For
With the exception of faulty goods we shall not be liable for goods once they have been delivered to the delivery address, or collected from us at the collection address stated in your order.
Cancellations and Returns
The customer may cancel/amend any order for goods for any reason up 12 noon on the day before the goods are due to be delivered. After this deadline The Lemon Tree Deli reserves the right to charge the full cost of any food wasted and the staff costs for any abortive work.
Any payments made by the customer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify The Lemon Tree Deliimmediately by telephone if the goods are damaged or differ from what was ordered. If the customer fails to do so the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
