When will I get my brownies?
If you would like your brownies by a certain date you will be given an option at checkout to select a dispatch date. We can’t guarantee the delivery date because we do not use a guaranteed service. We generally take 24-48 hours between an order being placed and sending out. This is so we can bake, cool & pack your brownies.
Postage is included and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class mail in the United Kingdom only.
Once shipped our brownies are generally delivered by first class mail. This is generally a next day service but with increased restrictions for Covid-19 and local lockdowns this may take longer.
I haven’t received my brownies?
We send all our brownies by Royal Mail first class. This is an untracked service but is usually reliable in providing next day deliveries. If your parcel does not appear to have arrived and you have checked around your property and with neighbours then it is possible your parcel may have been delayed. You must advise us within 14 days of any non-delivery of a parcel. If your brownies have not been delivered within 5 working days of the dispatch date please let us know and we will sort it out!
What will be included in the package?
Our brownies are wrapped in baking parchment and fit snugly into our gift box. We will also include a message on a postcard (you can specify the wording when ordering) as well as an ingredients list with full details of allergens. The brownies are sent out in a cardboard wrap to further protect them. The receipt will not be included but sent to you by e mail.

Each box contains 6 brownies and each measures approximately 70 x70 x 35mm deep
Each box contains at least 750g of brownie
How big is the postage box?
The box measures 250 x 165 x 70 mm
How long do the brownies keep for?
The brownies keep for at least 14 days in an airtight tub or tin and freeze well for a month
